Our collaboration with Beavertown Brewery. This is a light, clean, crisp saison with a subtle honey and spice note. With a delicate fresh aroma this is a very refreshing saison.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Honey, yeast, figs and a hint of spice in the aroma. The taste is spicy and slightly metallic, but the notes of honey and the figs really come to the fore. An interesting experiment.

Draft House Tower Bridge.Keg. Hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and crispy, slightly dry. Good fine carbonation. Floral start, little yeast. Nice fruity tang, the fig really brings this beer alive. Finishes light and airy. Pretty good.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with tiny yeast flecks floating around. Medium white head. Steady carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of salt, honey, underripe pear and lemon. Flavour of sharp citrus with the edge taken off by the honey. Medium body with a spritzy mouthfeel. A tasty, simple Saison.
