Like anything in life, to create something of rare quality you need the finest quality ingredients, and this philosophy not only applies to our beers, it extends to our farm animals too. Our herd of Longhorn cattle that reside on the farm at Purity are a beautiful thoroughbred herd. These heritage beasts with their magnificent horns, the best-balanced character graze on the luscious green grass of our Warwickshire farm and feed on our finest spent grain Just like our cattle Longhorn IPA is full of character taking only the best characteristics of American and English Pale ales, combined with enticing hop aromas, sweet rye malt backbone and decisive bitterness that all balance together to produce a beer that is bred to perfection.

Can pours out apricot color topped with a white head. Nose is sweet rich malts and some citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts bread and citrus hops.

Cloudy orange colour, tall airy head. Aroma: Malt, citrus fruit, esters, light ale yeast. Similar taste. Medium bitterness. Decent.

Clear orange beer, dense creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, dow fodder, some milk chocolate, caramel notes, hint of vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very soapy, bubble gum, unpleasant bitterness, more soap, some banana. Aftertaste: bit oxidized, bubble gum, bitter, some banana peel, slightly fruity, unpleasant. Not sure if it's a bad beer, or just in bad condition.

Can: Poured a dark copper orange with a two finger tan head. Aroma is grassy and malts. Taste is super green hops and malty backbone.

20/6/2019. Draught at Sandford Park Alehouse, Cheltenham. Poured amber brown with a small just off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, tropical fruit, pine and caramel. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Better of the 2 Purity had on.

Tap@The Railway, Streatham, London - pours a hazy orange colour with a white head. Fruity and light malty with some citrus fruity notes of tangerine and grapefruit, sweet malty base, subdued hoppy finish.

Can. Bronze pour. Aroma of rye, malt, orange and grapefruit. Taste has bitter rye, iron, malt, caramel and grapefruit. Allright, not very interesting.
