Like anything in life, to create something of rare quality you need the finest quality ingredients, and this philosophy not only applies to our beers, it extends to our farm animals too. Our herd of Longhorn cattle that reside on the farm at Purity are a beautiful thoroughbred herd. These heritage beasts with their magnificent horns, the best-balanced character graze on the luscious green grass of our Warwickshire farm and feed on our finest spent grain Just like our cattle Longhorn IPA is full of character taking only the best characteristics of American and English Pale ales, combined with enticing hop aromas, sweet rye malt backbone and decisive bitterness that all balance together to produce a beer that is bred to perfection.

Can from Booths, Penwortham. Pours hazy golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of light mango, citrus, caramel. Taste is spicy, get the rye hit. Not as hoppy as it could be for the style. Spicy linger.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - a lovely orange amber colour with a nice lacy head. Nose - orange and dry biscuit. Rye in there. Taste - gnarly biscuit spice you get from rye. Orange again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - a bit gnarly but good.

Full pint, poured from keg at Jones Family in Hoxton. Hazy apricot coloured body, spotty lacing, stable low white head. Aroma of peach and mango. Fruity flavours of peach, plums, mango and added by a discreet touch of brown malts. Fruity finish. Soft in the mouth. Pretty decent (In company with Per and Leif, internklubbtur i London 11.04.2016).

Keg @ Scarborough Hotel, Leeds. Hazed, crisp amber coloured ale with a thin head. Has a fruity aroma and taste that’s not overly IPA in its style, and not as tasty as it probably should be, but worthwhile all the same.

Halfpint på The Wrestlers (Highgate Northhill), i lag med Steven: lett uklar kobbergylden med fint skum. Deilig, balansert apa med flott kropp. Lyse frukter, honningsødme, friske granskudd og lekker ettersmak. Elegant munnfølelse.
