Bottle from Wyevale. Pours mid brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate and Christmas cake. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - deep brown with a lovely fawn head. Red chinks. Flat head. Nose - strawberry jam. Light molasses and a caramel biscuit note. Mulled spices. Taste - liquorice and molasses. Ginger and cinnamon biscuits. Palate - close to medium bodied with a dry tangy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - interesting beer.

50cl Bottle from a bio shop, thanks Manon! Hazy ruby-brown colour, beige head. Aroma of cinnamon, dark fruits, some roasted malts. Flavour is spicy, mostly cinnamon, red fruits, dark fruits, roasted malts, has features of an Abbey Dubbel, powdery bitter finish. Light bodied, a little over-carbonated. OK.

Bottle @ The Hague Tasting. Hazy red color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, herbs or spices, a bit sweet-bitter. Don’t like it. Meh.

50cl bottle shared @THT. No head. Very low carbonation. Hazy amber pour. Slight spiciness. Quite decent

Bottle from Drinkmonger. Murky amber/brown body with a thin off-white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of metal, nuts and tea. Flavour of lightly roasted malt, stewed pear, plum and a hint of warming spice. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Average fizz. Simple and tasty.

500ml bottle - cheers jeevan! Pours hazy brown, thin off-white head. Cinnamon and nail varnish, clove, light creamy note. Christmassy for sure. Taste is light spice, cola. Fizzy, sweet finish. OK.

Bottle at home. Pours black, light spices and smooth chocolate, liquorice, roast malts.

500ml bottle. Murky, red glittering brown colour with no head, just some white bubbles bedew the surface. Aroma of cherries, ginger and cinnamon. Taste is moderately sweet, minimally soapy, ginger notes, a touch of cinnamon, clove, cautious malty basis with a touch of cherry; slightly watery, flat carbo, almost insipid.
