This is a classic take on a Belgian wheat beer, with bitter orange peel and coriander (subtle notes), and unmalted wheat. This gives a hazy, very pale, very light beer perfect for drinking in your garden on a sunny day.

On tap at the brewpub. Thin white head. Hazy golden pour. Good for the style. Easy drinking.

Can, picked up at the brewery. Fully opaque lemon gold. Dense, bright white foam is lasting and almost fully lacing. Looks boss. Nose has zested lemon rind. Flowery, soft, bready esters. Hint of yellow melon. Clean, semi sweet malt. Taste has a little yeasty sweetness, with a crisp, clean dryness. Light to medium body, with fresh out of the tank, prickly carbonation. Dry and a little bitter on the finish. Fresh as a daisy.
