From the bottle at a tasting at Beer Out, Forlì, Italy. Pours light amber, medium transparent, with some fine white foam. Aroma is resinous, citrus, fruity, a little funky. Body is average, with delicate carbonation. Taste is medium sour. Final is average in strength.
Mag. Fruity, sour, tart. Rustic, peach, apricot, barnyard funk. Smooth, tasty. Lovely gueuze.
Soft and balanced, complex and nicely aged
Magnum, let's get this share properly started. Pretty high carbonation. Funky straw, dry, fairly sour, light. Some ageing here would be nice. Always a solid pleasure, thanks!
