Rusty orange coloured liquid. Dusty apples, lactic and malonic acids, yeast features. Sour apples, crabapples, some faint sherry-like flavour. Light body that feels viscous somehow. No carbonation. Not that spectacular as a cider, but undoubtedly original in concept.

Magnum thanks to Thomas. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong white grape, citrus, funk, floral. Slick body, grape must, citrus, barnyard, light funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Flaska från Etre. Mörkguldig, liten vit krona. Typisk Antidoot:ig lite dov och murrig cider, låg syra, undertoner av knäck och kola, mjöliga äpplen, fat, druvor längre bak. Växer något när den fått andas ett tag.

Pours unclear blonde, small white ring of foam, small lacing on the glass' edge. Scent is intense, old variety apple, loads of skins, peppery grapes, fairly intense. Taste is fairly intense, mildly tart, raw, intense, appleskins. Very dry. Medium carbo. Nice

Bottle shared in Ghent. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Lots of apple skin and tartness, some hints of grapes. Dry and tannins in the finish. Good!
