A Continental style pale lager, hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops. Gentle malt flavour with a mild grassy citrus aroma. Pure simplicity at its best

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Pours very fizzy and the head dissipates quickly. Aroma of herbs citrus grain, citrus, hint of banana and yeast. There is not much to the taste, little bland and carbonated. Not much follow through from the aroma.

23/6/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers! Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, flowers, malt, touch of herb and spice. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. It’s okay.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A mostly clear dull gold straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet earthy cereal grains, some banana, straw, rustic grains, light apple, sweaty hops. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, straw, grass, hedgerow hop, some sweet cereals. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, mellow carbonation. Rustic. Doesn't really drink like to kolsch though.
