Heavily hopped with Citra and Waimea, fermented with a fruity West Coast yeast strain.
This beer was brewer to experiment with a yeast strain we haven't used before. Its characteristics, from how it performs during fermentation, to how it flavours the beer, to the residual sweetness and body of the beer, are different to the small family of yeasts we have been using for these past couple of years.

Can shared at home. Cloudy deep yellow to light orange with white head. Massive juicy hops with tropical fruit but also some citrus and spruce, weedy and grassy in the finish with again light fresh spruce. There's some malt and especially some oats, but mostly hops. Medkum sweet with solid medium lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with a hint of hop burn in the finish. Lovely IPA that's crazy hoppy but more than just juice. Also slightly rough though.

Can at home, from CW online, 07/11/20. Murky orange yellow with a well presented just off white covering that dissipates over time. Nose is orange pith, kumquat, light pine, ripe melon, hint of weed, subtle pineapple notes. Taste comprises light pine resin, melon, soft malts, orange pith, grapefruit, weed, stoned fruits, mellow hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced lightly dankened hop bitterness. Decent drop ... carries a good level of bitterness throughout.

Can. Can’t recall where from. Possibly CW online. Chic in the glass. Nose is a pretty lovely melange of juicy and fresh peach and ripe citrus, and clean, dry grain. Taste is a little dry, with enough citrus bitterness to hold it together. Light to medium body. Fine, prickly carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish. Smells awesome, but trails off somewhat, thereafter.
