A blend of three beers aged in wine barrels for 13 months. The blend was conditioned on locally-grown whole blueberries for two months. Most of the batch was bottled still and sold as Tranquility. This is the remainder, on tonka beans and vanilla.

Dark purple, the aroma has a lot of blueberries, which kick off a bit of complexity, and the vanilla comes into the aroma a bit as well. On the palate, it's got lots of blueberry, quite assertive, and then there's a bit of cinnamon and vanilla notes.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is a bit phenolic, with earthy blueberries and a little vanilla. Flavour is filler on the blueberries, with earthy notes, tonka beans, and a little vanilla. Gently tart and quite fruity, with the tonka and vanilla being pretty subdued. I much preferred Tranquility, but this is a fun variant.
