Can. Brownish gold with a few bubbles at the rim. Aroma of drying apples and their skins, the barn. Not much body with a texture much more cider than beer. Some cooked apple sweetness before firm acidity, some twigs and bitterness at a dry finish. Engaging drop. Very cheese friendly.
