Batch 1. Bottled March 2020. Tasty Beverage glass @home. Bought this bottle last year at Tasty. Slept on it for a year. First pour was clear, second was cloudy. Big, whitewashed froth. Honey orange body, turning more grapefruit-colored as gets chunky. Sour tangerine/apricot nose. Black pepper. Cut grass. Juicy, yeasty, twangy sour. Bittersweet. Peach, bitter lime, brine, lingering orange juice acid. Yeasty, bitter, frothy, acidic, okay abv. Good.

2020 bottle shared. Thanks Jon! Pours a clearish gold with a small white head that dissipates quickly. Lots of peach aromas with wet hay and funk. As it warms wood and bark aromas become more prevalent. Birch, hickory on the palate with more peach and twig flavors. As it warms a nice charcoal flavor and aroma permeates throughout. Drying finish...lower carbonation, but still a really fun beer.
