Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Pours clear, remarkable light blonde. big bubbles white head fades fast. Scent is mild, not as yeastforward as expected. Tad malty. Taste is sharp, mild bitterness, tad sweet, banana esters (but not that high at all ) relatively thinbodied, hightening the drinkability. Not overcarbonated - to my joy. Very decent. Perhaps not my favorite style (nor take on the style ) but I can see the commercial succes in a tripel this drinkable.
