Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque nutty brown with a tiny, beige head. Sweet caramel and toffee nose. While the nose hinted at malty sweetness, the beer is actually rather dry although still heavily malty and caramelly. Medium body. Subdued bitterness. 050324

En vaso shaker, color ámbar cobrizo, espuma beige claro cremosa, bien retenida con mucho residuo.. Aroma a malta y caramelo. En boca el primer trago entra mostrando notas de grano ligeramente tostado, el caramelo es algo más débil que en el olfato, la notas de malta también quedan algo opacadas por un matiz amargo más dominante. Noto una ligerísima nota metálica al final del trago, final seco. En general una märzen, con cierto desequilibrio hacia el amargor en detrimento de los matices dulces, pero perfectamente bebible.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful red, dark amber, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is fruity and malty. Body is somehow light, with soft carbonation. Taste is strangely sweetish, with some bitterness giving a fairly dry and earthy final.

bottle from lidl, algarobbo-costa. hazy orange, almost no head. aroma is malts, a little bit of dark fruity sourness, vary faint note of roastiness. flavor is malty, very slightly roasted malty, faint dark fruity notes, well balanced bitterness. in fact flavor is very good, it's like a vienna, but with a bit more flavor, but not sweeter as you might fear.
