Bottled (festival trade). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, herbal, some dry wooden tones. Flavour is fruity, some herbal, dry wood and some mild yeasty with some alcohol sweetness to it.

Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Glueish birch sap aroma. Medium-bodied. Glueish, whitewineous, alcohol. Doesn't show age anyhow. Interesting.

Bottle, (bottled August 2020). Golden body, lasting small head. Honey, apple, pepper in the aroma, brown sugar. Lean taste, dry, quite dried out, apple, orange peel and peppery bitterness by the finish. This HAS to have more than 10% alcohol, it's ridiculously warming. It works within the Northern Light context. It develops quite nicely between sips, but man, the warmth... A beer more impressive than the sum of its parts.

--Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost clear golden, small head. Peppery honey aroma. Mid sweet with medium to full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Intense alcohol some marzipan. Generous floral, orangey notes. Fiercely peppery finish.

On tap at Bishops Gustav Adolfs Torg Malmö in August 2017. (my first one from this brewery) Almost clear golden with a small white head. Sweet and strong with malt, herbs and some light fruit. Drinkable.
