500ml bottle. Clear gold, two finger white head, nice retention. Aroma of malts, citrus and grass. Taste is grassy, grapefruit, a little zesty citrus and an unfortunate cardboard note which then merges into an astringent bitterness. Decent start and poor finish. Light to moderate body and gentle carbonation which makes for a lovely refreshing quality. Mixed.

Bottle from Morrisons, York. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. A hint of grassy character, caramel, rich tea malts and a dryish finish. ok.

Bottle from Morrisons, Aldershot. A hoppy piney edge to the malts and veg aroma. Copper gold. Foamy translucent white head. Medium bitter. Quinine with some fruity sweetness on the periphery and malty base. As I drink more the fruity citrus does gain some prominenc. Light bodied. Slick to thin. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. Another trad brewery IPA.

On tap at Shaston Arms Soho with Harry. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Some butter maybe. Some hops on the finish. Touch of grapefruit. Too buttery for me.

330ml can from a 6-pack from Tesco - Pretty standard UK macro version IPA profile. Sweet fruity nose, hoppy flowery flavour to start and a malty background, with some dryness and a light bitter finish. Not that exciting but gets an extra 0.3 for being chilled to fuck on a scorching day.
