This is our traditional gose with the addition of real pineapple and coconut. This beer is light and fruity and is a nice easy drinker. It’s very pineapple forward but it does not overwhelm the coconut. Add a slightly tart finish to balance out the sweetness and you end up with a great gose that you don’t mind having a few of.

Refrigerated pint can from shrubber85 poured into a glass. Cloudy golden with small white heads which dissipates fast. Aroma is pineapple, medium body, well carbonated which dissipates quickly, and little lacing. Taste is pineapple, some coconut, and some salt.

Pineapple, coconut, lemon, malt, salt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small short-lasting head. Mildly sweet pineapple, coconut, biscuit malt, light salt, and very lightly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Pleasant.
