The Sabaja Pils is our take on the classic Czech Pilsner style. Traditionally light and crisp, the Pils is a satisfying lager that is easy to drink while still having a uniquely Sabaja character with a hoppy aroma and balanced bitterness.

Dusty, grainy, sweet, jammy, fizzy. More of red lager or vienna than pils

On tap at Soma book station, Pristina. Pretty average pils, cant say much improvement on the local Peja.

On tap at Soma Book Station, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy notes and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp and punchy, with a grassy hop punch and crisp crackery malt backing. Clean and crisp - correctly made. Solid.
