Our Imperial Red Ale is ruby red in color, aromas of dark fruit like cherry and plum also has aromatic notes of toasty sweet caramel. Flavor rich of Melanoidins and dark caramel with hints of dark fruits, full-bodied, dry, and light on bitterness. Brewed with Date molasses.

Taster at the brewery. Almost clear, amber to copper colored. AROMA- sweet, red fruit, jam, strawberry, red berries, dates, alcohol. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, bitter, tart, lightly warming, red berries, strawberry, honey, dates, alcohol. Fuller bodied.

Bottle 250 ml. Red bronze color, unstable yellowish foam. Aroma: apple and apple cake, caramel, candy, sweet. Taste is sweet, caramel, some bitterness, a little apple, wine.
