The Silver Sands Pale Ale is a complexed balance of six different types of malt and two different types of hops giving the beer a slightly herbal, earthy flavour with medium hop bitterness and aroma. Adding another dose of Fuggles hops during the whirlpool phase brings an intense aroma of floral notes.

Bottle. Amber in color with just a wisp for a head. Beer is a little flat. It is one of the better beers on the island. Aroma is floral and grapefruit. Taste is slightly sweet with a hint of bitterness at the finish.

Bottle at home in Barbados, 31st March 2017. First beer from this new micro in Barbados, first one in the island that I know of and of course I’m the first rater. The beer pours a clear copper colour, no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, pleasant. Taste is malty, slight bitterness, caramel, good lingering tangy bitterness, with interwoven sweet malts, pretty good.
