Bottle. Pours dark reddish brown, with a nice finger thick creamy head. Very spicy aroma with lots of cloves, chamfer, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and a citrusy touch of orange peel. Nice full body with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet with roasted malts, herbs and spices, molasses and kandi. Finishes of with a twist of orange peel.

Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Traditional ale speziata molto interessante.

500ml bottle. Clear dark brown with huge stable beige head. Already while pouring a room-filling aroma reminds of bath salt. Extremely spicy, herbal, soapy aroma: cinnamon, ginger, caradamon, coriander, clove, maybe some orange and orange zest. A nice smelling combination, but do I really like to drink something like that? The taste resulting from those ingredients is too soapy for me. Maybe some more sweetness would give a better taste, maybe the result would be a too heavy beer then - I can’t say. Not bad, exceptional but also weird.

Bottle as shown. Pours a dark amber with small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is a raisin malt and spice aroma. Medium mouthfeel with smoke and Pepper. A good spice beer from Nogne.
