Deep red with a small white head. Light red berry. Soured light soapy notes and red berry.

Draught at the brewery
Deep red colour, cloudy, with pinkish head. The berry character is well defined, the beer is juicy, with light acidity, and without the tannins that usually come from the raspberry; the light sweetness is needed.
Pleasant.

On tap at Beere, pours a cloudy bright red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart pithy red berries, some yogurty lacto, and a touch of lactose. Flavour is more muted, with an earthy, pithy red berry character, light lacto, and a touch of sweetness from the lactose. The fruit is really underwhelming. Uninteresting.
