A classical lager, 100% on the German way, grainy, dry, perle hop, a bit metalic and a bit sour, nothing great but it is ok for the beach, 15.02.20, finding this bottle at the coop, Oron and serving me this one at Epalinges.

Old rating from 2017 - 500ml bottle, picked up from the brewery, on my 6 country road trip. Poured at home in Jersey. It's pale golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, flora, herbs, grain, earth, yeast & malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish

hazy pale yellow colour medium sized creamy white head; aroma of grassy, intensive lemon zesty, wet grainy-wheaty and yeasty notes; taste of malty, hoppy bittery, some yeasty, herbal and minimal lemony notes; not bad at all

F: almost not, white. C: golden, very light hazy. A: malty, light grassy hops, grainy, bready, hint of caramel. T: grainy, dusty, dry grassy bitterness, bread, hint of lemon, medium body, lower carbonation, quite good beer and as I like organic double so, 5%, 33cl bottle from Coop in shopping centre Serfontana in Morbio Inferiore in Switzerland.

0.33l bottle from a coop in basel (1.70 chf/bottle, 9.70/sixpack). pours a clear golden with a medium white head and some lacing. metallic aroma; corn, hay, some sulphuric notes (noble hops?). flavour of hay, grass, biscuits, fruits. malty.

Many thanks for this Bio Swing bottle bier to kevnic2000. Piwo ekologicznych upraw, krachla tradycyjna, porcelankowa, piana srednia ale trwala, zapach ciasta drozdzowego i jablkowej tary. W smaku nonfitura jablkowa, nieco kwaskowej pszennej slodowosci, chlebowej skorki. W smaku delikatne, lekkie ale przyjemne. Metnosc srednia choc solidnie zalepiajaca dno tej zgrabnej butelki. Zabraklo nieco wytrawnosci i goryczki.
