Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts intense malty, some woody notes, mild stouty. Some hints of chocolate, some berries as well. Dry malty finish with some sweetish hints as well. Interesting.

0,33 l bottle out of the mixed 3-pack from Überquell. A darkest red brwon in the glass, small one finger beige head. Smells malty with some fruity elements. Taste starts malty, increasing herbs, roasty bitterness, fruity background. Getting a little bit dry in the second part. Not as alcohlic as expected but medical to the end.

Smooth and mild beginning. Easy to drink, very malty and warming. Not too alcoholic, deep dark rich and thick. Nice deep fruity dark ending. Brown sugars, plums, sweet dried cherries. Nice and warming winter brew.

Woo. Dark amber color, looks like a bock. Surprisingly light, creamy, a bit sweet. Malty with hints of smoke, smooth. Not bad.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before August 2025 , Freigeist tick #100. Slightly hazy, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently spicy and moderately fruity aroma of molasses, dark fruits, juniper, some thyme. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite spicy, slightly fruity taste of molasses, juniper, thyme, plums and some cough syrup, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite herbal-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Moreish, well-crafted beer, quite spicy but backed by enough malty sweetness. My first Mumme, now looking forward to try the Kartoffelbockwurstweizen.

Trocken kräutriger Beginn, deutlich malzig ohne jede Süße. Geringfügig Kakao, etwas Wacholder, moderate Bitterkeit. Die Kräuternoten steigern sich noch, langer cremiger Abgang. Interessant UND gut. 10/10/11/12/9/12
