The quest is simple: How much taste can we get in a beer at 3.5%? It should be fresh and well-hopped, it's all about nailing the water profile and non-specialty malts. This fruity little thing has a good backbone of flaked oats and is dry-hopped as a MF. Low ABV but packed with flavor!

Hazy golden. Aroma is intense tropic fruit pineapple mango lychee star fruit. A tad sweaty and buttery. Taste is bitter herbal hoppy with not much body (due to the low abv I guess). Still quite round and drinkable. A little dusty on the tongue but that sounds worse than it actually is. Alright.

A light yellow, murky beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has nice fruits, pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin. Taste has mango, grapefruit, also some hints od overriped fruits. Almost medium bodied. Pretty nice, maybe could be fresher, but otherwise, not even hints of low alc%.
