750mL bottle at East Van Cider Fest 2026, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has gentle champagne-like effervescence, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is sweeter than expected, with light champagne-like effervescence, and sugars. Not much complexity but the sparkling nature helps it along. Okay.

Poured from 750mL bottle in a hotel room in Bella Coola. Clear pale blonde with minimal white head and fair bit of tiny carbonation bubbles. Nice pear, fairly balanced, decent.

Good pale straw colour, proper carbonation, storm, mellow foam, nice. Good sugary dessert style pear on the nose, too faint again though. Flavour is sweet pear, vine notes, soft sweetness. Very dry, good carbonation. Straightforward but very well crafted.
