Galaxy Invader je plná a výrazná New England IPA. Navázali jsme na I Sabro My NEIPA a opět udělali NEIPU s jedním výrazným dominantním chmelem - dneska je to Galaxy, australský chmel s krásnou vůní citrusů a broskví.
Galaxy Invader is a full and distinctive New England IPA. We followed up on "I Sabro My NEIPA" and again brewed NEIPA with one significant dominant hop - today it is Galaxy, an Australian hop with a beautiful scent of citrus and peaches.
Note: 2020 version at 17°, 2025 version at 15°.

Hazy pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: peach, cantaloupe, passionfruit. Taste: peach, passion fruit, light resin and herbal notes. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, low bitterness. Tasty one.

Bottle at 100 piv. Fully hoppy. Medium body, med-high character. Light caramelly maltiness, med-light clean sweetness. Lots of exotic fruity character. Easy drinking, very good. Clean, tasty.

Tap. Hazy yellow orange with white head. Juicy beer full of Galaxy hops, citrus, zest, apricots. Long moderate hoppy finish. Good one.

On tap at Žil Verne Autumn NEIPA! Yup, this is what I was looking forward to since start of summer. Lovely full bodied NEIPA, juicy, sweetish with bitter twist. Goodie

Tap at Slunce ve skle. Hazy yellow body, white head. Fruity aroma, berry and tropical fruity notes, a bit tart. The taste is smooth, with the berry and lighter tropical notes from the hops mixing nicely on the lightly oaty body. By the book, very good!
