Inspired by Belgian witbier and sunsets of Dalmatia. Round bodied due to high unmalted wheat addition. Infused with hibiscus into the color of pink grapefruit juice. Light and refreshing with high drinkability.

Tap at Harats Gajeva. Murky chalky full red body, scant traces of a head. Lightly phenolic soft aroma. Soft taste, phenolic touches, chrwesi up bubblegum with light citric touches, vaguely flowery maybe. Actually fairly drinkable.

On tap at Veliki Tolk (Big Tolk), Opatovina, Zagreb. Hazy pink, small head. Aroma is very light floral, hibiscus lightly present, some spicy phenols. Quite phenolic, peppery. Otherwise very light and soft flavours. Carbonation quite high. Thin body, drinkable for over 5%, abrupt finish.
