Rozita je naš saison s malinama 5,8% alkohola. Baza mu je pšenični slad i sadrži još 2 vrste sladova i zobene pahuljice. U pivo je nakon primarne fermentacije dodano 60 kg domaćih malina, iz kojih je kvasac razradio šećere tako da je ostala blaga kiselost i aroma malina. Za Rozitu je korišten Lallemand Belle saison kvasac koji je pivo osušio na 1.001 , što znači da u njemu gotovo nije ostalo ništa šećera. Od hmeljeva korišteni su Chinook i Amarillo, ali samo u kuhanju, tako da mu je miris isključivo od malina.

On tap at Štorija, Zagreb. Hazy pink, medium off-white head. Aroma is fresh raspberry, raspberry candy, other berries, some spicy phenols. Flavour is tart raspberry, watered down raspberry juice, slightly harsh phenols, soft spicy notes, soft malty notes. Thin, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish.

On tap at Štorija Zagreb. Darker red coloured, small to medium sized white head, mild raspberry nose. Acidic raspberry taste with light bready yeasty notes. Drinkable but a bit flat.

Tap at the brewpub. Murky reddish body, off white head. Pungent raspberry aroma, actually quite pleasant. Tart raspberry taste, going a bit yeasty-meaty later on... Not their best beer, but okay in general.
