Tap at Beergeek. Clear golden body, white head. Interesting aroma, herbal, but also with an odd grainy sharp touch. The same grainy note, slightly husky, vaguely cookie-like too, also appears in an otherwise lean, clean, nice taste. A bit strange really. Now that I see that it's made with some special old school barley variety, things make a little more sense. Would love to try other beers with it, to see how it fares there.
