Ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall off-white and creamy tan head that stays afloat nicely and leaves a subtle lace on the sides. Aroma of grass, hay, perfume, some resin and pineapple with a light alpha acid bitterness and some smooth sweetness noticeable in the nose. Light-bodied; Very crisp and easy-drinking biscuity malts show at first with a big white grape juice sweetness with some light bitterness and some subdued tropical notes, but this really is about the mild flavours, especially the white grape juice (cryo hops?). Aftertaste is very soft and easy-going with only a dash of flavours, dryness and crisp malts to take away from the white grape juice, with no real lasting bitterness here. Overall, nice enough to try and definitely 'new school', but that rids itself of traditional hop bitterness, which isn't here at all. I prefer others from this brewery, but this was good to try, especially on the East Coast! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Wegman's [grocery] in Alexandria, Virginia on 20-October-2021 for US$1,99 (part of a mixed six pack!), bbd of 08-09-21, and sampled at my house here in Washington on 18-May-2022.

On tap at Coors Field. Pours a copper gold with small white head that masts. The aroma is dank and grapefruit pith. Slick body, grapefruit, pine, nice resin bitterness, very good.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Orange peel and orange pop aroma. Slight dankness. Taste is mildly bitter with a faint pithy note. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, decent chewiness. Easygoing. Not unpleasant, but no real depth.

Can from the $1 bargain shelf, LoL. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a foamy fading head. Nor much nose on this one. First taste is certainly IPA but it almost has a tad of fruity attribute in it. At first, I thought it wasn't as strong as most IPA but towards the middle it starts to take its effect. During the session I notice it's a little cleaner on the palate than most IPA, not as mouth coating. It even has a bit more co2 in it too. Still, no olfactory to speak of. Towards the finish the hop bitterness builds to the end but never really gets totally annoying like most IPA I've sampled. This is a little more acceptable than most IPA and I've tasted APA that were more hoppy than this but still is an IPA, one bitter bastard, LoL.

On tap at Portland Craft, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is piney and crisp, with piney hops, cereal graininess, and crisp biscuity malt. Gentle and clean but not particularly well-hopped. Decent.

On tap at Colorado +49. Pours a clear, golden color, with a medium, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is orange peel, hay, almonds, rose water, and resin. Sweet and malty, with a fair, sticky bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and phenolic. Not great, but reasonable.

My 12 oz can came from a Total Wine I’m fairly certain, which one I cannot recall. It is an unusual, misty, rainy kind of day we don’t see often in the desert. Time to open this IPA and tilt into my Buffalo Bayou tulip glass. I determine a gold-orange body with a top of quickly receding, creamy white foam. The smell is a decent combination of pine, fruit and hops. The taste is pretty straightforward, not bad at all. Light cedar, pineapple, a hint of mango, some reefer influence, lemon, malt and a small bitterness completing. A pleasant drink.
