Tap at the Sapporo Beer Museum. Rather deep golden amber, clear, with a low, thick head. Nose is rich, creamy, bready malts, honey, lemony hops. Rich, malty flavor, very creamy, with a big, pillowy body. Quite fascinating really, and delicious. IT is very malty and rich, with a crisp, herbal bitterness and a tiny bit of diacetyl that does not become tiresome. This is like a real German export lager. Great.
