medium amber color. Full body, very malt forward, minerally with some dry fruit. This is like an imperial Vienna lager. Firm bitter and nice balance. For what they aimed for they did very well. Wouldn’t want this every day but I grove on it.

Black Tide Brewing From the Deep… Strong Lager 8.3% It kind of feels domewhere between malt liquor and a bock. Nice inviting malty aroma on an amber red body with thick dense beige foam. Medium bodied and smooth with ityvslithtly orickly carbonation. The taste is malty biscuit and tobacco leaf. It has some boozy heat in the finish. Kind of satisfying but more of a winterish beer.

Tap at Takumiya. Amber, slightly hazy. Nose is crackers, light caramel, malty. Nice stone fruit and caramel flavors, bread, rich. Finish is just a bit funky and bitter, but less so than the others.
