Two Rabbits Strawberry Sour 5.5% Orange gold or is gold with pink highlights that make it look orange? The foam has a pink tinge and the beer’s bouquet is jammy strawberry with some toe jam funk. Medium bodied and very tart strawberry up front with big jammy notes in the aftertaste/ finish. I paired this with strawberry shortcake. The shortcake refocused things on the sour elements. I’ve gotta say this may be the best sour I’ve had from them. I had no idea this had come out two years ago, the 2022 version tastes banging.

Tap at Takumiya. Pinkish-golden color, low head. Nice nose of lemon, grapefruit, strawberries. Tart but not hugely sour, some sweet strawberry coming through the citrus. Balanced and crisp, subtle and taste.
