Onze Witte Geit?? (spreek uit als witte gij-ut?) is alles wat je mag verwachten van een witbier. Tarwe geeft dit bier een strogele kleur, troebele uitstraling met een dikke laag fijn wit schuim. De Witte Geit?? is licht zuur, verfrissend en met een zachte bitterheid van 15 EBU. Met zijn 5% vol. is dit een echte dorstlesser op warmere dagen. In het aroma komt duidelijk de koriander en sinaasappel naar voren.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een frisse citrus achtige geur. De smaak is citrusachtig met tonen van koriander.

0.33 l bottle from 'Speciaalbierpakket.nl', best before some month in 2021 (a black date stamp on a black crown cap, seriously?!). Hazy, pale golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, perfumy, yeasty-spicy and gently fruity-floral aroma of orange peel, coriander, banana and a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity-floral taste of banana, orange peel, coriander and some clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, gently yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel soft carbonation. Pleasant Witbier.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #371. Clear golden with a white head. Mild citrus aroma with some sour wheat. Sweet taste with a sour note. Low bitter finish. Not much going on here, unfortunately.

Fles 33cl thuis gedeeld. IBU 15. Koriander, sinaasappel, licht weeïg, hop (magnum, Mittelfrüh), zoetig, tarwe, heel licht banaan, klein zuurtje, bittertje na. (24-4-2020).

Donkergeel troebel bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitter en licht fruitig zoet met duidelijke sporen van koriander en wat citrus.
