Slightly misty gold with a fading bubbly white head and cereal, grapes and soft citrus on the nose. Sour and dry up front developing into fresh but tart fruit, cider or wine-like in some ways but with a soft underlying light malt character

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass with a moldy-sourish aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more sourish-fruity. Notes of lemon, bitter background. Finish milder. Not bad!

Many thanks to HP for sharing! Deep sour, fruity sour with a nice sourish beginning. Sour neutral in the end, refreshing mild sour with fruity parts. Interesting sour brew.

Pale, hazy yellow with an instantly fading foamy, white head. Surprisingly grainy aroma for the style. Light floral tones. Taste is predictably sour the whole way through with some very mild tones of lactic sweetness underneath. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation. Claims its 3.6% but feels stronger. Okayish, but not holding my interest.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy to macropore, audibly collapsing, white head. Lactic and fruity aroma, hints of unripe as well as rotting yellow stone fruit, some quince, a touch of mild sauerkraut. Taste is tart, lactic, minimally tangy, fruity, notes of quince, hints of unripe yellow stone fruit, a touch of mild sauerkraut, a salty, mineral touch as well. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Refreshing, drinkable - nice.

22-07-20 // draft at the brewery. Unfiltered pale yellow. Small fine white head. Mild grainy malty nose with a subtle sub sour note. Refreshing sourness. Mild to medium but one dimensional. Grainy and citrus. Minimal soapy touch. A mild citrus sweetness to the end. Easy.
