Almost clear golden color and a nice, stable white head. Nice combination of IPA and Wit style. I like the sorachi hops.

Bottle, blonde. Cloudy. Coreander and citrus in the aroma. Medium bodied. Herbal, spicy flavor (coreander, anis) with yeast and citrus notes. Mint in the aftertaste. Maybe a bit too spicy for my taste, but well brewed.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, citrus, light banana. The flavour is light acid mineral with a light citrus with a grainy yeast citrus light spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottled from Lekker Bier, 6% ABV, BB 09 2015, large sample, served in a shaker. Hazy yellow to golden color, huge frothy white head. Aroma is spicy, wheat, citrus, lemon, slight peppery. Bit bitter in taste, slight spicy again, bit dry. Citrussy as well. Quite bitter for a belgian white and not as much citrus as sometimes can be seen. Also, it lacks a bit that slight sourness common to belgian whites, although its there in the finish a bit. Carbonation is a bit on the high side, which makes it a bit dry on the palate.

33 cl bottle from bierkoning’s box of Eastern Dutch goodies - thanks Edo! Opens with a loud pssh, but no gusher. Had to pour it in turns though, because a big (white) head was forming, but only short retention. Color is clear golden - until I poured the yeast in...Aroma’s: very refreshing, sweet fruits, soft sweet spices, a bit wheat & grain retronasal, orange peel. Flavor is lightly sweet, herbal, with a light bitterness. Medium bodied. Finishes with a moderate bitterness. No witbier in the classic sense, but refreshing and tasty enough.
