Renegade Series. Blue Rose is an Irish Pale Ale with a light refreshing mouthfeel and a long lingering citrusy finish from the dry hopping with American Cascade. This was our first beer in the Renegade series and the name reflects something that does not occur naturally but once created is quite beautiful.

8/3/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear gold with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, vanilla, herbal, yeasty, light pepper. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Nice bitterness.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is melon funk, green hop, fennel, bready grains, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, lemon rind, pine nips, firm bitterness, light funk, wet dog. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, tart, moderate carbonation, dry finish. meh.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/02/22. Golden blonde with a decent white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is melon, tangerine, lemon rind, grains, soft malts. Taste comprises melon, lemon tinged straw, airy malts, toasted grains, caramel, sugars, herbal notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close tickled with modest hop bitterness. A rather pedestrian pale.

Bottle thanks to MrsSHIG: Poured a golden with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, bretty, floral. Taste is biter hops, floral, tingly, brett, some background malts.

Draught at ICBF15. Hayz gold with a thin head. Aroma of malt and hop. Flavour is lemon, sweet amlt back, light bitter finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey’s place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy golden. Aroma of stale-ish malt and earthy hops. Flavor has some sweetish stale-ish malt, and bitter earthy hops with a citric note. Light to medium-bodied.
