The purple comes through as this funny opaque pale purple – most butterfly beers look better than this. No head. More of a straight up lemon sour on the nose. It’s actually sweet up front – okay the description says there’s clover honey in here. That explains it. The lemon is still nice – if I make lemon tea I’ll want this much honey in here, but in a beer I’d prefer it more sour and lemony.

Opaque ugly purple with a small white head. Candied purple grape notes. Sweet purple grape and a sweet finish.
