Fresh locally grown Cashmere hops. Picked on the day of brewing & delivered straight to the kettle by Bredenhof Hop Farms, produce delicate notes of stone fruit, coconut& citrus. Paired with the rich earthy tones of a traditional Belgian yeast, and a hint of honey sweetness from the German malt, you can expect a delicate but satisfying array of complex flavours & aromas.

Hazy, tan colour. The aroma is quite fruity, almost vinous. Banana for some reason. On the palate, it's got a low bitterness, a moderate tartness, some banana (what the fuck is that doing there?), and finishes more on the tart side. It's passable, but I'm not sure about the fermentation and the hop expression isn't really hitting here. The malts could be better, too, but like I said, passable.

Very good foam on a medium clear gold body. Odd floral hop aroma akin to an old lager, slight banana and yeast but a little jumbled and soft. Flavour is a soft banana meld with cardboard; slight chewiness, mellow honey. A bit of a mixed bag, drinkable but there could be more going on.

On tap at Container, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a very fresh hop character to this, with gentle saison yeast. Flavour is quite bitter, with a fresh doughy character, rustic saison yeast, and more bitterness. Quite dry and bitter for a saison. The fresh hops are solid. It's just not that deep a beer.

Hazy gold, white head. Somewhat off nose, spicy vinegar. Similar palate with light funk and medium bitterness. Flawed

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lemon and leafy note. Lemon and some peel with a leafy notes.
