Heller malziger Beginn, süßlich, leichte Herbe, erkennbar alkoholisch.

500ml Bottle (Der Pelikan, Bamberg) - Light amber with a slight haze. Dried apricot, peach and syrup in the aroma. Juicy malts, dried apricot and sultanas in the taste. A decent drop.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a massive blond foamy head. Sweet and bready cara-malty aroma. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Grainy, slightly bready taste; sweet and malty finish with a touch of hoppy bitterness, lasting malt-accented aftertaste with a tinge of caramel.

Draft. An orange beer - quite light in color even for a Heller Bock with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with quite strong notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of alcohol that hits early, but then comes notes of caramel, before the alcohol returns, and leads to a dry alcoholic finish.
