Gusher. Medium white head. Clear coppery body with light carbonation. Fruity honeyish aroma with vinegary notes. Dry-sweet minty grassy honey taste. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish grassy fruity aftertaste with watery honey notes. It’s OK, but far from great. (0.65l bottle, CitySuper IFC, Central, Hong Kong.)

Sample from bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival, as Jade Bière Blonde. I did not take note of the brewery, but thought it was Belgian - but might well be mistaken. The label looked different, though. I hope I’m rating the the right beer. Pale golden colour. This is an ordinary pilsener / pale lager with a little malts in aroma and flavour, and a slight acidity in the finish. Drinkable, but nothing special.

Bottle. Light blonde color, clear, low, fine, foamy head. Sweet, malty, buttery aroma, fruits, esp. citrus, honey. A rather unpleasant aroma, weird, with malt vinegar and sweat. Sweet, malty aroma, estery fruit, a touch of orange, honey. There is a good bit of bitter hop and a slight sour tang in the finish. Should be colder…not very good..
