Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy pale blond colour. There's a mild spice (coriander) and lemon peel character, in aroma and flavour; it's dry, with strong flavour, tiny sour note, and bitter citrus in the finish, the bitterness being on the strong side for this style. Good.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bready and light esters. Esters, touch of bandaid, bitterness and perfumy notes.

16oz from Everything Wine @ 🏡. Appearance: slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: some baking spices, it's weird, never experienced anything like that in saisons. Taste: along the same lines, a bit tart, fruity, hoppy. Overall: ok.

Very bigly foam, cloudy light yellow, I'm digging it. Peppery sweet banana on the nose, very nice. Flavour is more peppery grain, soft chalk notes, slight lemon. Good dry finish. Well done, good crafting here.

473mL can, pours a cloudy, dirty orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma reveals a gentle rustic saison yeast character, with soft toasted grains, gentle floral hops, and some peppery notes. Flavour follows pretty similarly, with floral hops, restrained rustic saison yeast, a touch of pepper, straw, and biscuity malt. It's all pretty mild, but everything is integrated well. Finish is dry, with a slightly peppery and gently hoppy ending note. Well-made; good.
