Draft at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Slightly opaque golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma and taste are light Leon, slight yeast and slaty sea herbs. Crisp slight oily body.

Slightly hazy light golden beer, thin head. Smells of tart citrus, a little bitterness too. Flavour has light but sharp lemon, a little saltiness, a little grassy, some breadiness. There's potential here but it's pretty mellow especially for a gose and feels a little watery. Perfectly drinkable but not Brass Castle's best effort.

440ml can from Craft & Berry. Gluten Free. Slightly hazy, golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of spices, lemon citrus. Taste is sour, samphire salty, lemon citric, with some grain and biscuity notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart & salty finish. Nicely drinkable.
