Cask @ Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf. Clear dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and bread. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 281215

On tap at the brewery-tap. Smooth and malty. Round and fruity, probably a bit sweetish. Spicy hints, fruity. Hints of plums, Malt and not much bitterness. Nice!

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 10 Jan 2015) Reddish amber colour with dense, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, dark bread, raisins and aromas of spices. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of caramel, dark bread, dried fruit, blackberries, a touch of cinnamon and a gentle bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fruity, spicy and quite well balanced. Quite nice.

Aroma: Floral, hops, malt.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.

Cask @ Queens head. A darker session beer perfect for the winter months. Notes of marzipan, figs and herbal hops.

Cask at Queens head. Pours amber without a head. Very smooth and nice bitter with a taste of camel malts and red berries.

Fat på Bishop Gustav. Smak och doft av malt, karamell, röda bär med toner av äpple. Lätt kropp, lagom beskam, liten kolsyra, beska med smak och granskott och tall.
