Tap at the Scheveningen Brouwcafe. Poured a deep mahogany with a thin tan head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is rich over ripe fruit alcohol and liqourice. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a slight watery boozy alcoholic palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub. Thick creamy tan head. Clear black pour. Woody notes. Some vanilla. Very nice brew.

Black, with a big, fast disappearing light beige head. Sweet berries, lots of smoked malts, light candy, some port like notes and light wood. Medium bodied, average carbonation but a slightly thin texture. Veri nice.
