House beer of The Drunk Monk pub in Spain, owned by a Belgian; made by Danny De Smedt of Slaapmutske. A hazy peach blond beer with moussy, creamy white head and soft caramelly malty taste, very fruity (peach, pear, pineapple), spicy accents (coriander seed?), mellow mouthfeel and peppery hop bitterishness in the finish as well as some (not well hidden) alcohol. Not bad but nothing really exciting either.

Cloudy deep blond color. The aroma is malty, fruity. Sweetish malt flavor, lightly herbal yeast effect; correct bitterness. Not bad.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, dust, and a bit of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, dusty hops, and some fruit, leading to a dry fruity finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle at the bar. Pours hazy dark orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and caramel malty. Caramelish, vague citric and yeasty fruity. Lingering fruity and yeasty into a lasting caramel malty finish. Not really sweet, towards slight bitter and dry. Classic Belgian blonde ale.
