Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, light wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100912]

Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples - very ripe, leading to a dry apply finish.
