Bottle. Dark purple-red colour. Thin head. Maybe get a bit of acetone in the aroma. It's really tart on the palate, lightly woody, with a lot of berryish fruit. It doesn't come across like plums to me, but I can dig it anyway. By the end of the bottle, though, I'm thinking I'd like something in there to give it a bit more sweetness and round it out a bit.

Deep red and a small white head. Raspberry and cherry. Tart red berry and a decent finish.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Medium red with small pinkish white head. Mild red wine grapes, light plum, fairly tart balanced with sweetness. Quite nice.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rich plums, red wine skins, plenty of tannins, and a little oak. Flavour is pleasantly rich, with lots of rich tart plums, gentle dark red grapes, and a touch of tannic and barrel character. Moderately tart and deeply fruity. One of the better Temporals as of late. Good stuff.

375ml from the brewery on Alex's deck. Appearance: hazy purple with a rose head. Aroma: sour and sweet grapes and berries, some cherries, funk, and barrel. Taste: quite carbonated, a lot of fruits in here, moderately to high sourness, some lactic acid and slight acetone. Overall: not as sour as most of the others I've tried, fruity notes and juiciness are awesome in here. However in my humble opinion it loses the complexity under the layers of acidity as many others :-(

Cloudy red colour, medium sized pink head. Smell of farts, red wine must, washed rind soft cheese. The acidity is very aggressive, the grape is present, young, vibrant, pleasant; there is again some very light farty note in the finish. And some acetone too. The fruit juice is prominent, but it has some flaws as well.
