Brewed in celebration of our new tasting room. ‘Flume Squared’ takes our regular Flume DIPA recipe to the next level. We started with a new blend of yeast and dry hopped this beer with Citra and Mosaic as we normally would. Then we finished it off with a heaping pile of Citra Cryo pellets. Expect a supple, pillowy mouthfeel dripping with flavors of papaya, tangerine, lychee and dank hop resin.

16 oz. can. Born on: 02/22/21. Flavor has pineapple, grapefruit, apricot. Has more piney bitterness on the finish than I was expecting. Mild citrus juicy texture with a good balance. Well constructed and easy to drink!

Thanks Chris aroma is candied citrus, aromatic hops. Taste is nice, citrus pith, balanced hops.

Canned 473ml. -from De Bierliefhebber. Murky orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy, light tropical fruits and mild piney with dry herbal touch in rather bitter finish.

Can shared at tasting. Yellow color, white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, citrussy, hops. Flavor is quite okay but appearance really sucks.

ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, fruity hops, tropical fruit, cryo hops ! Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, orange, fruity hops, peppery - herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200912]
